Coming Soon – Your MyChart Member Portal
The MyChart member portal is the easy way to manage your plan and your care. You can conveniently view and manage all your plan information, including your member ID; use our treatment cost calculator, and access important plan forms and documents, and more.
With MyChart, you can also customize your communication preferences to suit your needs. Whether you’re receiving electronic plan documents, updates and reminders, you're in control. Set your preferences according to your preferred methods and frequency to easily stay informed.
The UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan MyChart member portal will go live on December 15, 2024.
While plan information will not be available until your coverage begins, we invite you to activate your member portal account ahead of time and get familiar with its features. That way you’ll be ready to use and manage your plan when your coverage begins on January 1, 2025.

The Medicare Prescription Payment Plan allows you to make monthly payments for out-of-pocket prescription drug costs. Plus, members with eight or more prescriptions for chronic conditions may be eligible for the Medicare Therapy Management program to help ensure they take their medications safely.
